Come Swim With Us
At H2O&U we have a passion for swimming, water safety and teaching these life saving skills to as many people as possible! What started as a couple of friends with a dream and a lot of determination has grown into a company able to reach and teach hundreds of people every summer. Come share in our adventure as we work to make the world a safer, happier and healthier place!
My daughter Maria actually fell into the pool and it was due to her excellent training with H2O&U that she was able to rescue herself out of the deep water and was just fine!

Whether for personal or professional reasons, you can rest assured that you will have the skills and confidence to save a life with an American Red Cross certification. We offer CPR and Lifeguard Certification and can accommodate small groups or large companies.
