Q: How do I register for lessons?

A: Just click on the link above and complete the registration form.

Q: How do I pay for lessons?

A: Payments must be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) the day of your lesson or invoiced and paid online prior to your lessons. All instructor are equipped with a square device in order to take payment on site.

Cash and Check Payments are NOT allowed.

Q: Can I request my child’s lessons to be taught by his or her favorite instructor?

A: Sure you can! We will do our best to match you with the instructor of your choice but keep in mind this may not always be possible. Not to worry, we have lots of great instructors!

Q: How do I schedule lessons once I am matched with an instructor?

A: Once you are matched with an instructor they will contact you. From that point on you will schedule all your lessons directly with your instructor.

Q: What if I need to cancel my child’s swimming lessons or change the date / time?

A: You will need to contact your child's instructor to explain details. Additionally, If you will be unable to make a lesson, will be on vacation, are only looking for lesson for a specific amount of time, etc., please be sure to give your instructor plenty of notice. Don't worry, our instructors will do the same by maintaining good communication regarding scheduling, weather issues , vacations, etc.

Q: When will my lessons start?

A: The start date of your swim lessons, well, it may vary. We are relying on mother nature. The faster it warms the sooner we will be able to get started and if your pool is heated this will speed the process up. Luckily we are in the south so that should not take too much longer.

Q: When do lessons end?

A: Whenever you like or when the weather turns too chilly, but the longer the better.

Q: How long will it take for my child to learn to swim?

A: This is one of the most common questions we get. While some programs may promise you your child will be swimming in X days we know better than that! Teaching swim lesson is an art not a science. Some may learn quickly while others may others may take some time. Every participant is different and that is why we tailor our lessons to our participants.

Q: What do I need to bring to the lessons?

A: That is easy: swim suit, towel, sun block, goggles (optional), credit card and a great attitude!

Q: What do my children/I need to wear for lessons?

A: Swim suit, goggles (optional). No flotation devices please, we are here to swim, not bob!

Q: What is the earliest age I can enroll my child in swim lessons?

A: There is never a bad time to start learning but we begin as early as 6 months.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We provide lessons all over the upstate.

Q: Do I need my own pool for the lessons?

A: It is ideal if you have access to a home or housing community pool (HOA pool, condo pool, apartment pool, hotel or resort pool). However, we do have some instructors with access to pools. You can register with "No Pool" on the registration form and we will try and match you with the closest instructor with a pool who is available.

Q: Rates

A: Rates vary depending on the type of lesson you will be taking. Please see our pricing page for our lesson rates.
